Officially an 18-hole course as of July 2025, The Pierz Golf Course is located in central Minnesota and is definitely not a track to miss. Completed in 1935 by the Works Progress Commission (WPA), this aesthetic masterpiece has been dutifully maintained for pristine playing conditions. Our layout is challenging but accessible for players of all ages and skill levels.

Carefully designed to test your game

We have a bunch of unique holes including a newly added 9 holes. Come check out hole number 4. This 166-yard par-three has a slow-moving stream to tempt your tee shot. The work isn't over. Once you are on the green there are devilish undulations that can leave even the best putters scratching their heads.

Hole number 12 is a short par 4 that dog legs to the left.

Once your round is finished come enjoy a beverage or a bite to eat inside our clubhouse. You do not want to miss one of our legendary burgers.

Pierz Golf Course– Alcohol Policy

To ensure the safety of our golfers, club visitors, and staff, we strictly enforce the following policies:

1.   All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Pierz Golf Course.

2.   Outside alcohol is not permitted on the golf course grounds.

3.   Golfers found violating this policy will

be asked to return any unauthorized beverages to their vehicle.

4.   Personal coolers are prohibited on the property.

5.   We reserve the right to confiscate any

outside alcoholic beverages brought onto the property.

6.   Repeat offenders will be trespassed by law enforcement from the property for the remainder of the season.

Pierz Golf Course- Course Regulations

·       All players must have a valid receipt

·       Each player must have their own set of clubs

·       Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times

·       Pace of play must be kept at all times. Pace of play is 4 hours 15 minutes for 18 holes

·       Players must be 16 years old to drive a golf cart and have a valid drivers license

·       Carts and Push carts must stay at least 30 feet away from tees and greens

·       Management reserves the right to regulate all play.

·       Severe weather policy – players play at their own risk.

·      Rain checks are issued for:

A.     Course closure due to rain and/or rain delays (over 30 minutes)

B.    Lightning/severe weather warnings

C.     Medical emergencies

·      Rain checks will be issued based on number of holes completed.

·      Staff will inform and encourage the public as soon as lightning is spotted (Within 10 miles of the course), or city warning sirens are heard:

A.     The 1st and 10th tees will close immediately.

B.    Golf staff will notify players on the golf course that lightning, thunder or severe weather is expected or has been reported or has been seen in the area by the sounding of one 3 second air horn blast.

C.     Players that choose to remain on the golf course and continue to play do so at their own risk.

D.    The all clear may only be given by golf course management staff or their designated appointee.

E.     Once the all clear is given, players will be allowed back on to the golf course and shall occupy the same position they had on the golf course prior leaving the golf course. The 1st and 10th tee will re-open and players may begin play. Play will begin based on scheduled tee times prior to the delay.

F.     Players that choose not to continue play will be given rain checks based on the Rain Check Policy above or other mutually agreed upon established League/Tournament Agreements.

·      Errant shots and any resulting damage are the responsibility of the golfer. Please report any incidents to the clubhouse immediately.
